Excited to announce our fourth association which bring players from across a whole county as the Pictou County Snipers. The Snipers have won the northern peewee league two straight years in thrilling fashion. Even with short bench the Snipers have be strong in clutch moments.
The Snipers draw players from Six different town across the whole county. Pictou County plays their games out of the Trenton arena. Trenton arena was the second rink in pictou county opening in 1972. Any arena with low glass that gives the home team an advantage with bounces of the glass making it a tough place for opponent to play in. Adding the smaller arena creates an echoing sound of cheers the Sniper have that 6th player (the fans) with there deafing cheers.
The Sniper will be featuring a peewee and bantam team this year in the SMLL. Watch out for the Snipers bantam who will be the same team that took home the banner two years ago. On top of that a peewee team looking to make it three in a row for the organization.
