Another amazing day in the SMLL, not only did we get to celebrate amazing mother's on mother's Day but the Valley Thunder hosted the Pictou County Snipers at the Credit Union Arena in the peewee and bantam division. Below is a summary of today's scores
Peewee - Pictou County 7 vs Valley 1
Bantam - Valley 5 vs Pictou County 3
Peewee - Pictou County 7 vs Valley 2
Bantam - Valley 2 vs Pictou County 2
The second Bantam game was the first tie in SMLL history and show how close the bantam division is going to be this year.
Thank you to the Valley Thunder for hosting your first SMLL games, job well done by all. Next weekend there is no SMLL he due to May long weekend but if you looking for lacrosse Eastern Shore is hosting the breaker cup tournament. You don't want to miss the newest lacrosse tournament in Nova Scotia.
If your looking for lacrosse action in SMLL location this week we have lots. Tuesday night the Credit Union Arena in Kingston will host their first ECJLL game between the Sackville Wolves and St. Margaret's Bay Rebels which will feature many Valley Thunder alumni.
That is not all, on Wednesday night in Truro the Pictou County peewee and bantam yes will travel to Truro for mid week action. You know with these county rivralies it will be a game you dont want to miss.
